This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. For tangible items you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds on any deposits or payments on courses. Should you book a course and you're unable to attend, then you are allowed to reschedule in which a credit will be applied to your new course date. It must be understood the we provide training on several techniques and once we have taught you, that knowledge stays with you forever. With that being said, we will not allow refunds under any circumstances. We will however allow you to take a follow up course free of charge at a location near you should you feel like you need more practice. We do want to ensure the success of our students and will always be available to further assist you should you need it.
Terms of Service
Please understand that the courses we offer are for the issuance of professional certificates. It is up to you to check with your state board of cosmetology to find out if other licensing is required in order to offer services in your state. The same applies for working is salons or spas. It's purely up to the state you choose to work in and the discretion of the salon/spa owner whether or not they will accept our certificate for employment.
Should you take a course and your instructor feels like you need more practice before issuing your certificate, then you are required to do what she asks of you before it is issued. We want to make sure that every student is prepared to work successfully on customers once the program is completed, so additional work may be required and must be completed.
